Increasing Square Footage

Originally asked to design a 7,500-square foot addition, the Lexington School District determined that in order to comfortably meet the design needs of the new facility, the square footage would have to increase.

New Training Areas

Aiming to stay within the original budget, the renovation of White Knoll High School’s new Health Sciences Complex consisted of the reconfiguration of five existing classrooms into simulated hospital and nursing training areas.

Designed with Necessary Features in Mind

Each classroom was designed with the necessary space needed to teach CPR, anatomy and life partnering skills – talents students will need to successfully complete internships at local hospitals and nursing homes.

The Center for Public Health & Advanced Medical Studies addition at White Knoll High School consisted of the re-configuration of five (5) existing classrooms into simulated medical training areas.
