Primary School Addition/Renovation

Morris Brandon Primary Center is an addition and renovation to an existing primary school for the Atlanta Public School System. The existing mid-century modern building, nestled in a residential neighborhood, was originally constructed in 1954.

Three-Story Addition/Renovation

The building was extensively renovated by Stevens & Wilkinson (RWH) in 2009, with a three-story classroom wing and auditorium wing addition.

Building Features

This addition, scheduled for completion in 2016, consists of a gymnasium/auditorium, relocated media center, new music room, additional classrooms, offices and support spaces and a unified terraced soccer field / playground and play court.

The Morris Brandon Primary Center addition and renovation consisted of a three-story wing addition with a new auditorium, media center and classrooms.
