Natural Woodland Setting

The Girl Scout Council of Northwest Georgia desired a new 22,000 square foot office facility to house their Northwest Council offices. Nestled in a natural woodland setting, the new office facility is in close proximity to the existing Conference Center which was retrofitted to house a new Atlanta Volunteer Services Center as a part of the project.

New Office Facilities

The new office facility accommodates approximately 120 staff members and expanded parking to provide a minimum of 40 spaces for personnel.

Public Service Accomodations

The existing Conference Center was renovated to accommodate Volunteer Services Center functions to include training, retail store, a resource center and other public services.

The project incorporates LEED Silver guidelines resulting in an environmentally sensitive office building.
