New Courthouse Facility

Stevens & Wilkinson was commissioned by the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) to provide programming and planning services to determine the current and future growth space needs of the judicial branch, administrative agencies and the law department for the State of Georgia.

Multiple Court Functions

Stevens & Wilkinson provided stacking plans and massing studies for this 175,000-square foot building. The complex sits on a 6-acre site where the former Ben Fortson Georgia Archives Building was located. The new Georgia judicial complex now houses the State of Georgia's Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, as well as several other court and judicial functions.

The Stevens & Wilkinson design team includes Robert A. M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) and Justice Planning Associates (JPA).
