Creating Additional Space

The goal of Georgia Gwinnett College was to expand their Academic Building in order to provide additional space to support their program within the constraints of the site, in a very short period of time. In addition to classrooms, seminar rooms, offices and gathering spaces, a 230-seat lecture hall was provided in the space.

A Seamless Transitions

Picking up where the design left off in Phase I, existing exterior and interior materials and detailing were incorporated so that there was a seamless transition between the two. The building was delivered on-time allowing the campus to expand their program.

The goal of Phase II was to provide additional space to support the enrollment growth of Georgia Gwinnett College.
