Wachovia Customer Care Center

This customer care facility was Wachovia’s first call center on the West Coast. It was designed on a fast-track schedule, with the first “live” call received approximately six months after Stevens & Wilkinson and idea|span were selected as the design team by the client.

The 500-agent center was designed to include open, collaborative office spaces that enhance communication. Beautiful amenity spaces, including an extensively landscaped site with water features and outdoor gathering spaces encourage employees to ‘meet and greet’ outside of the workplace setting.
