Stevens & Wilkinson was selected by T-Mobile to design a customer contact center prototype. The design has been site adapted to eight locations throughout the country. Our design team responded to T-Mobile’s requests to satisfy three major objectives established at the start of the project:
The 77,000 square foot center accommodates approximately 750 people. Individual workstations located in team groups occupy two large and lofty workspaces filled with natural light from windows and clerestories. Amenity spaces are arranged along a central “Main Street”, and include on-site cafeteria, fitness center, cyber cafe and community center. Other areas include training facilities, team rooms and administrative offices. Our sister company, idea|span, provided interior design services.
