Stevens & Wilkinson designed this 118-unit, condominium project which fronts Glen Iris Drive across the street from Ponce City Market. The complex consists of four levels of condominium units above one level of retail space. A generous interior landscaped courtyard is also included. A four-level, 250 space parking deck is connected to the building.
All residential levels are connected directly to matching parking garage levels. Retail space along Glen Iris Drive contains a mezzanine level. Street level live/work units also face the courtyard which has a signature water element.
